金盲杖
金盲杖，创想于2017年，其前身为自2010年起承担中央人民广播电台“中国之声”《残疾人之友》的节目制作团队，该团队全部由视障者组成，其领导者是中国奥运历史上第一位、2008年北京残奥会注册记者，其主持的名牌栏目“视障热线”是国内最早专门向视障者提供信息的广播节目，也是国内为数不多的视障者电话综合咨询平台，由全部由视障者接听和维护。七年间，来自视障伙伴的各类电话求助，让团队更深切的感受到自身群体在发展中遇到的挑战及支持的缺乏。

金盲杖秉承“视障热线”的使命“让视障者获得可持续发展的生活”，致力于为视障群体的自主生活、教育、就业及社会融合等方面的需求，支持专业服务，搭建服务网络，汇聚爱心资源，从而实现视障服务的本土化和本地化，使视障者最大程度的受益，帮助更多视障者走出困境，实现发展。《中国视障学生生命全程教育支持项目》获得2021 年金砖国家（印度） 可持续发展目标解决方案竞赛优质教育组别亚军。

Golden Cane
Golden Cane is led by a team of people with visual impairment, who produced Friend of People with Disability for China People’s Broadcast Radio since 2010. The leader is the first registered visually impaired journalist of 2008 Beijing Olympics. He was the radio anchor of Visually Impaired Hotline. The Hotline is also an information service hotline, run and operated solely by people with visual impairment, for people with visual impairment. Through 7 years’ running the service hotline,  the team has deep understanding of the challenges facing the community and the lack of support in their life.
Golden Cane, carrying on the mission of “enabling the visually impaired to live sustainable life”, is dedicated to meeting the needs of the visually impaired in Independent Living, Education, Employment and Social Inclusion. Golden Cane delivers professional services, establish service network and integrates charity resources to contextualize and localize services for the visually impaired. 
Runners-up (Second Place)：“Full Life-span Educational Support Program for Students with Visual Impairment” was Runners-up (Second Place) of BRICS India 2021 Solutions for Sustainable Development Goals Awards, SDG4 Quality Education.
