残障视角，是在联合国SDG实施和联合国《残疾人权利公约》的背景下，结合中国社会发展的现状和趋势，提出各利益相关者不仅要在各自的工作领域中不可以忽略残障群体，并应当将残障纳入其工作范畴。Who爱，以Who为主体，纳入残障内容，Who包括但不仅限于环保、儿童、性别、教育等多个领域，实现爱的合力。

Who Love

With the implementation of UN CRPD and SDGs and the tendency of China’s development, disability lens is advocated to be integrated in the works of all sectors and persons with disabilities should not missed out by the stakeholders. Whoever this sector or issue is should be the main actor to add disability lens.  Who is including but not limited to environment protection, child development, gender and education to achieve the synergy of love.
