伯乐计划
伯乐的存在，只为等待培养下一匹千里马。伯乐计划，通过职岗评鉴、雇主培训、残障者融合就业同侪辅导等三大协同模块，开发残障者的新职业，拓宽残障者的就业渠道，提升残障者的就业软技能能力，增加家庭收入。

Talent-nurturing Plan
Talent spotter exists to wait and nurture the next talent. Through Job Assessment & Employer Training & Inclusive Employment Peer Support, Talent-nurturing Plan designs and pilots new vocations for people with disabilities to expand their employment channels, enhance their employability and increase their family income. “People with Disabilities-First—ICT Industry Job Creation Solutions” was Winner of BRICS (China 2022) Solutions for Sustainable Development Goals Awards, Livelihood Improvement Digital Economy.
